By using Cinema Plus (https://cinemaplus.nob.et) or our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service description

Cinema Plus provides a curated directory of video content metadata. Playback is delivered through third-party embeds (primarily YouTube). We do not guarantee availability of any specific video or title.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload our servers
  • Circumvent access controls on the admin panel or APIs
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Cinema Plus

3. Content & copyrights

Titles, thumbnails, and descriptions may reference third-party videos. Rights belong to their respective owners. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will review promptly.

4. Advertisements

The app may display advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdSense. Ad content is served by those providers and subject to their terms and policies.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for third-party services, including YouTube availability, ad content, or device compatibility.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinema Plus and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
